We were not sure if the distribution was in places to make our ad be seen by our targeted candidates of if the prices were competitive with the other employment publications.  | | | Due to various retirements, relocations and discharges, we needed to quickly fill five vacant mechanics' positions. When our previous placement vendor failed to produce viable applicants I received a timely call from Job News. After running ads for three weeks in October, we were able to fill all five positions by December. Although filling five positions as we go into our holiday rush period is a huge accomplishment, there are two other highlights to this event.
