We have beautiful and affordable apartment home communities throughout the United States As a Groundskeeper you will be responsible assisting the Maintenance Team with upkeep the grounds and completing apartment service requests within a timely manner. You may also assist with dry wall repair, painting, caulking, and other duties as assigned. Required Skills: · 6-months of experience as a groundskeeper required. · General property maintenance skills preferred (painting, pressure washing, trash pick-up, etc.) · Excellent customer service skills. · Must be able to lift 50 lbs, perform repetitive stooping, bending and kneeling motions, and be able to climb a ladder to perform high reach duties.
